في Travel Guide 1، نسعى لضمان رضاكم التام عن جميع مشترياتكم. إذا لم تكن راضيًا تمامًا، فإننا نوفر سياسة إرجاع واستبدال واضحة ومرنة.
1. سياسة الإرجاع واسترداد المبلغ
- مدة الإرجاع: يحق للعميل إرجاع أي منتج تم شراؤه من متجرنا الإلكتروني خلال مدة أقصاها **14 يومًا** من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- شروط الإرجاع:
- يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، مع وجود جميع الملصقات وبطاقات العلامة التجارية.
- يجب إرفاق فاتورة الشراء الأصلية أو إثبات الشراء (مثل رقم الطلب).
- استرداد المبلغ: سيتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع لثمن المنتج (باستثناء رسوم الشحن الأصلية) خلال **7-10 أيام عمل** بعد وصول المنتج المرتجع إلى مستودعاتنا والتأكد من مطابقته لشروط الإرجاع.
2. تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع والاستبدال
- **في حالة عيب أو خطأ منا:** إذا كان سبب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال هو عيب مصنعي أو خطأ في الطلب، فإننا نتحمل **كامل** تكاليف الشحن.
- **في حالة تغيير رأي العميل:** إذا كان الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بسبب تغيير في الرأي أو الرغبة في تغيير المقاس/اللون، يتحمل العميل **تكاليف شحن الإرجاع والاستبدال**.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Travel Guide 1, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with all purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a clear and flexible return and exchange policy.
1. Return and Refund Policy
- Return Window: Customers have the right to return any product purchased from our online store within a maximum period of **14 days** from the date of receiving the order.
- Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and branding cards attached.
- The original purchase invoice or proof of purchase (such as the order number) must be included.
- Refund: The amount paid for the product (excluding original shipping fees) will be refunded within **7-10 working days** after the returned product arrives at our warehouses and is confirmed to meet the return conditions.
2. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
- **In case of defect or error from us:** If the reason for the return or exchange is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order on our part, we cover the **full** shipping costs.
- **In case of customer change of mind:** If the return or exchange is due to a change of mind or a desire to change size/color, the customer bears the **costs of return and exchange shipping**.
